| Keyholding |
We can provide a secure keyholding service for your property whereby your keys will be kept in a safe and secure location and upon request made available to contractors organised by you, visiting family and friends or to enable prompt access to your property should an alarm be activated.
Before we hand over your keys to anyone, we will require them to have written approval of access by you, the signature on which we will compare with a sample signature you will have left with us, as well as proof of identity. You must inform us prior to someone requesting keys for your property.
